- Loaders to create pallet shipment entries, submit real-time status updates, respond to delay inquiries, and view shipment history.
- Private companies to track private-category pallet shipments.
- Shipyard users to track government-category pallet shipments.
- Authorized users to communicate through built-in contact and support features.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription:
- Loader App: $39.99 per year
- Logistics App: $59.99 per year
Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
LiFit does not store payment card details.
All purchases are subject to the platform’s billing terms and refund policies.
4. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Interfere with system security or performance
- Attempt unauthorized access to data or accounts
- Misrepresent shipment information
5. Intellectual Property
