We do not sell or rent personal information.

3. User Roles & Data Visibility

LiFit operates role-based access:

  • Loader Users may create and update pallet shipment entries and view their own shipment history.
  • Logistics Users (Private Companies) may track private-category pallet shipments.
  • Shipyard Users may track government-category pallet shipments.

Users only see data relevant to their assigned role and permissions.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription:

  • Loader App: $39.99/year
  • Logistics App: $59.99/year

Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems.
LiFit does not store credit card or payment details.

  • Shipment and account data is retained while the account is active
  • Data is deleted or anonymized after account termination unless legally required
  • Backup data is securely isolated until deletion is possible

While no system is completely secure, we continuously monitor and improve security practices to reduce risk.

LiFit does not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
